Expect that it will take a couple of years to build regular income. So if you are looking to change careers, we suggest that you have a solid reserve for living expenses. If you just want extra income, the pressure is not as intense to earn. You don't want to be active in sales? Okay, become a Referral Agent! We have clients who refer people to us all of the time and we are very grateful for their generosity! Unless the person referring has a real estate license, they cannot be paid for the referral. Sounds a little too easy? It's quite simple. Many agents who decide to stop actively selling become referral agents and continue to earn income on the business they've built.
